1. grey cast iron

Gray cast iron valves are used in various fields of industry because of their low price and wide application range. Balance Valve Ball is commonly used in the case of water, steam, oil and gas as a medium, and are widely used in chemical, printing, oiling, textile and many other industrial products that have little or no effect on iron pollution. It is suitable for low pressure valves with working temperature between –15 and 200 °C and nominal pressure PN≤1.6 MPa.

2. Ductile iron

Ductile iron is a type of cast iron that replaces flake graphite in grey cast iron with agglomerated or spheroidal graphite. This change in the internal structure of the metal makes it mechanically better than ordinary gray cast iron without damaging other properties. Therefore, valves made of ductile iron are used at higher pressures than those made of gray cast iron. Suitable for medium and low pressure valves with working temperature between –30 and 350 °C and nominal pressure PN≤4.0 MPa. Applicable medium is water, sea water, steam, air, gas, oil, etc.

3. OEM Casting Valve Body

The initial development of cast steel was adapted to the production needs of those exceeding the capabilities of cast iron valves and bronze valves. However, due to the high performance of the carbon steel valve and the high resistance to stress caused by thermal expansion, impact load and pipeline deformation, its use range is expanded, usually including the working conditions of cast iron valves and bronze valves. . Suitable for medium and high pressure valves with operating temperatures between –29 and 425 °C. Among them, 16Mn and 30Mn are used at temperatures between -40 and 400 °C, which are commonly used in place of ASTM A105. Suitable media are saturated steam and superheated steam. High temperature and low temperature oil, liquefied gas, compressed air, water, natural gas, etc.
